Anyone who values his body should consume a sufficient quantity of vitamin-rich foods on a regular basis, as, otherwise, essential metabolic functions can be stalled. Therefore, a well-balanced and sensible diet is the alpha and omega to the good health of your body and spirit. The dependency of a consistent nutrient intake is high, as your body cannot produce most vitamins itself. A couple of exceptions are vitamin D, K and niacin; however, your system requires you to provide it with the remaining minerals.

Your body hardly stores these vitamins, and they will be excreted regularly. The only water soluble nourishment that your system accumulates in the liver is vitamin B12.
The fat soluble minerals, A, E, D and K, can all be kept for a long time in your body. However, this process has advantages as well as disadvantages: A regular intake, even when the vitamins are not required, can form an unhealthy excess. In order for the body to transport fat soluble vitamins in “watery regions”, they need an adjuvant that surrounds them like a shell.
Your health is the greatest gift of all, and it needs to thrive in order for you to live a fulfilling life. Vitamins are the best helpers to achieve this, as they work as antioxidants, relief stress and fight the degradation of your body.
