CURRENT CASE STATUS
This information is current as of March 2009. The Court has granted final approval of the settlement and all appeals are now resolved. Payments to Class Members who submitted timely, valid claims will be made by the end of March 2009. If you recently received an email and/or letter regarding your claim, your payment will be mailed by the end of April 2009.
The deadline for submitting claims was September 15, 2008, and any claims postmarked after September 15, 2008 are late and will not be paid.
